With over 2 decades of traversing the petroleum industry, Mr. Owolabi is a veteran and accomplished development and project manager with quality experience in the Oil & Gas sector. He acquired his MSc Petroleum Geology degree at the University of Ibadan. He has occupied various positions as a senior Front End Project Manager, Business Opportunity Manager at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company and is currently the General Manager Development FIRST Exploration & Petroleum Development Company.

A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with specialization in Secured Credit transactions and Comparative Company Law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions. He cut his teeth in Banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd, Standard Trust Bank Ltd and Asset Plus Finance Ltd. where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, Equipment leasing and Energy, amongst others. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Fellow-Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and the Institute of Directors (IoD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications CLS, BSSE, and LCOR, etc., and also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School. He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises with a great drive for excellence at all levels.

Aliu Gabriel Toba is a Fellow of the prestigious Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria FSM. He began his career at the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) in 1981 where he served as a junior officer and steadily rose to the level of Deputy Comptroller-General (DCG).
He holds a Political Science degree from the prestigious University of Ibadan in Nigeria and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Lagos. Over the years, he has continuously added value to himself as shown in the impressive number of courses he has attended. Within the space of 34 years, he has attended over 20 courses including the ECOWAS Workshop, Effective Communication Skill Program, Change Leadership in a Customs Environment, UK: Advanced Leadership Training on Ethical Leadership Managing Change, Canada among others.
With work experience spanning over three decades in Customs Service, GT Aliu retired as Deputy Comptroller-General in June 2015. His wealth of knowledge and experience makes him an asset to the company.
He has been in a long-standing relationship with the Group since its inception some years ago as a pioneer shareholder. He is a non-executive director of Capitalfield Energy & Allied Services Ltd, Tentropics Marines Ltd, Logicvantage & Trust Ltd, and the Chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee of the Group.

A seasoned Geologist with a B.Sc. from the prestigious University of Ibadan – Ibadan Nigeria and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Mr. Odunsi has a wealth of professional experience that spans over 3 decades. He has held extensive leadership roles in Chevron Nigeria where he spent 20 years of his career before moving on to Chevron International – USA, where he worked for 10 years.
His interests and competencies over the years include Oil & Gas field production optimization, reservoir modelling and evaluation, Field Planning & Development, Project Management, Oil Fields Utilization, Well Planning & Monitoring, Reservoir Performance Optimization and Personnel Management.
His skills, experience and personal values are of enormous value to the Board of Capitalfield Energy & Allied Services Ltd.

An Accomplished Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. He possesses superior project management skills and diverse technical background in power, controls, and instrumentation.
Mr. Bankole currently holds a position as the Instrumentation and Engineering Manager at Elgar Nigeria Ltd. He began his career as a product development engineer at AFL and has gone on to occupy other project development roles. He was formerly the Product Engineer at VITEC, LLC, Spearheading project development, operations, and engineering, and a Manufacturing Engineer at Green Polymeric Materials Inc
He holds a degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and has certification from the Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He is also a member of the Nigerian Society of engineers and a member of the Institute of electrical and Electronics Engineers

OLUWASEUN OWORU is the Managing Director of Capitalfield Energy and Allied Services. He is a bonfire Oil and Gas trader and an astute Business Development Executive with over fourteen years of experience in banking and the downstream section of the Oil and Gas industry. His experience cut across E-business, importing and trading of refined petroleum products. He obtained his BSc in Economics from the University of Ibadan with honors, and an MSc in Oil and Gas Economics from the Center for Energy, Petroleum Management, Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee in Scotland.
