Oluwaseun Oworu is a bonafide Oil and Gas trader and an astute Business Development Executive with over 14 years of experience in banking and the downstream Oil and Gas industry. He has been hugely successful in the E-business, importing and trading of refined petroleum products. He obtained his BSc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan with honours, and an MSc. in Oil and Gas Economics from the Center for Energy, Petroleum Management, Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee in Scotland.

In addition to his Degrees, Oluwaseun is a member of the International Association for Energy Economics and also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He attended the Oxford Princeton Programme for International Oil Trading and Pricing, Overview of physical crude oil trading & operations and Risk analysis in trading.

An effective team builder, Mr. Oluwaseun Oworu is very well versed in evaluating financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities. His experience also cuts across Change Management Strategy and Implementation,
Performance Management, Budgeting and Cost estimating, Project scheduling and resources management. He joined Capitalfield Energy & Allied Services Ltd in 2012 and currently occupies the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Anthony Akinwunmi

He obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology in 1999 and qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2002.

He joined Shem Services Limited in 2001 and moved to Pine Hill Leasing Limited in 2003 as Head of Accounts. He later joined Capitalfield Investments & Trust Group in February 2008 as Head, Accounts & Control.

Manna Cowan

Manna Cowan is a seasoned and experienced Risk Manager who is a proactive, adaptable and a conscientious qualified Accountant, Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Control Specialist with sound knowledge of Internal Control, Process design, transformation and re-engineering to increase shareholders’ confidence.

Manna, with her more than twelve years’ experience in professional Accounting and Internal Audit role in NGO, Manufacturing and finance sector of the economy, she has technical experience in consulting, overcomes challenges through a tenacious and questioning approach – drawing on wide-ranging technical expertise.

An articulate and diplomatic communicator who is an effective team player with strong coaching skills. She consistently works to the highest professional ethical standards and thrives when working as part of a cohesive team to deliver projects that yield multiple business benefits.

She is currently the Group, Head internal control & Audit with Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd.

Friday Oteikwu

Legal Adviser

Friday Oteikwu is the Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Capitalfield Investment Group Limited. He joined the Company in November 2019.

He provides advice and counsel to the Company and its Subsidiaries Board of Directors and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Capitalfield, he worked at the law firm of Synergy Law Partnership as Head of Practice between 2015 and 2019.

Oteikwu is a highly motivated and hardworking solicitor with experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law and criminal litigation.

Oteikwu obtained his LLB from the prestigious University of Maiduguri. He went on to obtain his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in February, 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
